CSERNYE TRAIL

The Csernye Trail is a trail running race that will be held for the sixth time in Bakonycsernye in 2026. Participants start from the starting area next to the sports field and can choose from various distances, which lead through diverse terrain, forests, and hills. The organizers promise excellent organization and a pleasant running experience, while participants can enjoy the natural beauty of the Bakony. The race is family-friendly and recommended for both beginners and advanced runners.

The race center has toilets, washbasins, and showers. Parking is available on the grassy area next to the football field. Technical shirts or T-shirts can be ordered at a flat rate of 4600 HUF during registration. There is a participant limit: a total of 300 people for the three longer distances, and an additional 100 for the Bulifutam. Registration for the race is open from March 12, 2026, to July 30, 2026; the start is scheduled for August 1, 2026, at 09:00. Race packets can be picked up between 07:00 and 08:30 at the venue or at the Cultural Center. Detailed routes and schedules are available on the official website.
