Kis-Balaton RUN 2026

The Kis-Balaton Circuit Running Race is a nationally advertised and increasingly popular running event in Zalakaros, organized by the Zalakarosi Futrinkák. It offers several distances, including a 35 km individual and relay race, a half marathon, and children’s and family races. Traditionally held in September, the event starts and finishes at Karos Korzó. The race is cup-free, so participants must bring their own hydration equipment. The event has a friendly, family atmosphere and offers valuable prizes and finisher medals.

The race is cup-free: the organizer does not provide plastic or paper cups at the refreshment stations, so participants must bring their own soft cup or bottle. Race packs can be collected on September 12 and 13 at Karos Korzó. Award ceremonies are held after the different distances. The organizer reserves the right to change the program and schedule. The event supports environmental protection through its cup-free approach and offers various prizes to participants. It is organized by the Zalakarosi Futrinkák and takes place at Szőlő u. 16, Zalakaros.
