Koraszülöttfutás 2026 is a charity running event that starts in Zalaegerszeg and finishes in Keszthely, covering a total distance of 66 km. Along the way, participants run through the beautiful landscapes of Zala County, with ten relay points, and the entire route is timed using chip timing. The event gives special support to premature babies, and includes a separate run for them. Teams can cross the finish line together to share the experience and the achievement. The start and pasta party venue is the Zala Zone Automotive Test Track. The run takes place on Sunday, May 3.

Timing is provided by a chip attached to the race bib. The time limit for the distance is 8 hours 30 minutes. The pasta party takes place at the Zala Zone Automotive Test Track on May 2 at 17:00. The route also crosses two railway crossings; participants are escorted by an ambulance across the first one. The run for premature babies takes place on May 3 at 16:00, from the castle park in Keszthely to Fő tér. The event includes several related activities, including registration, race-pack collection, relay points and the finish, and offers the option to enter individually or as a team.
