The Full Moon Run is a night race in Esztergom, taking place along the scenic routes of Várhegy, Víziváros, and the riverside bike path. The race offers three distances: 4 km, 10 km, and 15 km, with the 15 km route also passing through Prímás-sziget. Participants are required to wear a headlamp or other lighting device, as some parts of the course are unlit. The event is organized by the Esztergomi Futóművek Amateur Sports Club and is also a point-collecting station for the Ötpróba program.

A functioning headlamp or other lighting device is mandatory for the race. The participant limit is 200 per distance. The event is a point-collecting station for the Ötpróba program, awarding 1 point for the 4 km, 2 points for the 10 km, and 3 points for the 15 km. Online registration confirmation will be sent as an attachment to the email receipt, while on-site registration results will be available within 5 days after the race. T-shirt sizes and ECO registration options without a T-shirt, with an old medal, are available.
