VI. Tapolca Rockwool Trail 8 / 14 km / 22 / 33 / 45

The 6th Tapolca Rockwool Trail is a scenic running race through the beautiful landscapes of the Balaton Uplands, around Tapolca-Diszel. The route is 80% dirt roads, cart tracks and trails, offering runners varied terrain and exceptional views. There are five different distances, and those up to 22 km can also be completed as hikes. The race welcomes participants with unique finisher medals, refreshment stations and a hot meal, while the organizers aim to make it an environmentally friendly, green event.

Every runner who starts receives a unique finisher medal. Refreshments are available along the route and in the start/finish area: water, cola, isotonic drinks, fruit, pretzels, wafers and lard spread on bread. A hot meal is served at the finish, with a meat-free option. The race is a “green” event, so participants should bring their own cup or bottle. Chip timing; the chip deposit is 1,000 HUF. At the awards ceremony, the top three women and men receive medals, trophies and gifts from sponsors.
